Mr. Ward is a native of Midland, Texas.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina as a Morehead Scholar earning a bachelor’s degree and from the University of Texas earning a MBA degree.
Tom has been a member of the executive committee of Geo Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration firm, for more than 25 years.
He has also spent more than 20 years on Wall Street with several buy-side investment firms and sell-side firms including Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and, most recently, JP Morgan.
In 2009, he joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC.
He currently serves as a Trustee of the Boys Club of New York and on the board of visitors for the Kenan-Flagler graduate business school of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
