He was a Managing Director and principal in the Emerging Markets Team at State Street Research (SSRM) and Management before its acquisition by Blackrock in 2005.
Prior to SSRM, he spent 10 years in senior capital markets roles at RBS, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Hagstrom received his BS from US Military Academy and his MBA from The University of Chicago.
