At PaineWebber, he created proprietary M&A ideas for financial sponsor clients and structured recapitalizations of corporations, predominantly involving management teams.
Mr. Batchelor is a graduate of Columbia Business School in New York, James Madison University in Virginia and completed his accounting degree requirements at the University of Virginia.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Secure Solutions - a 400 employee physical security company, a member of the Board of Directors of Expert JMS, LLC, and has served on the Advisory or Board of Directors of The Washington Business Journal and Monumental Venture Partners, Stop Child Abuse Now (“SCAN”), the National Orphan Foundation, and other organizations.
