Mr. Tom Croswell leads the product development and engineering efforts for Intelligent Results.
His experiences include technical project management, quality software development practices, and system architecture and integration.
Prior to Intelligent Results, he was the founder, CEO and VP of Product Development for Blue Seas, a real-time business collaboration platform based on a proprietary XML messaging platform targeting the business integration market.
Prior to Blue Seas, he was VP of Product Development at Jabber, Inc where he developed the product requirements and features for Jabber's first commercial product the only XML-based, high throughput messaging platform available today.
He also founded the NEC Redmond Technology Center which successfully focused NEC's broad technical and business interests into a strategic working partnership with Microsoft, and has held senior management positions at REBOL, Veritas and Digital Equipment Corp.
His responsibilities included leading the development of REBOL's initial commercial software products and their successful distribution to the market, and establishing the initial strategies for Veritas as it entered the Microsoft Windows market with a series of products that targeted highly reliable and scalable file systems.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado.
