Mr. Hiramatsu joined MCP Partners Co., Ltd. in 2021.
Upon joining what is now known as Mizuho Bank, he worked at the London branch, and as part of the Corporate Planning Division he was responsible for the integration of Mizuho at its inception.
He was subsequently also involved in the formulation of various management strategies as well as the organizational restructuring.
After that, he continued to work mainly on implementing corporate lending and M&A projects.
As part of the Investment Banking Business Division at Mizuho Securities, he was in charge of a wide range of listed companies spanning a variety of industries, and was involved in many M&A projects, including those related to PE funds, as well as capital market projects such as corporate bonds and equity financing.
Mr. Hiramatsu joined Mizuho Bank in 1987, and assumed his current position in 2021 after having served as Managing Executive Officer at Mizuho Securities.
