In addition, he has worked as Director of Operations at Thomsen Bioscience, at start-up company and has participated in the management of a mid-sized plastics packaging company, which he partly owned.
Dr. Theilade holds engineering BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees from the Technical University of Denmark with focus on product development, plastics technology and micro technology.
Furthermore, he has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
