A year after he took his Master’s Degree in International Business Law (LLM) at the Central European University.
He started his career as Assistant at “Arthur Andersen” (“Andersen Legal”) in 1998.
From 2002 until 2004 he worked as Senior Lawyer at “Ernst & Young (CIS) Ltd”.
In 2004 he moved to Geneva, Switzerland, and was engaged in crude oil and oil products trading.
In August 2007 Victor was appointed to a position of Deputy Head of Logistics and Infrastructure Investments Office in VIYM.
Since October 2008 he has been the Head of VIYM Infrastructure Investments Office.
