Lamirand, III, is a Member at i2E, Inc. He has been a board member for i2E since October 1999.
In 1991, Mr. Lamirand assumed the responsibilities of Executive Director of the Oklahoma Health Center Foundation.
The Foundation represents all 27 institutions (12,000 employees) in the Oklahoma Health Center.
He worked for Leo Oppenheim and Company, Goldman Enterprises, and the Central Oklahoma Economic Development District before organizing Mid-States Investment Corporation, which he operated during the mid-seventies.
He then took a position as a consultant to the Oklahoma Legislature, documenting the difference between committee staffing and the legislative council.
He went to work for the Oklahoma Health Systems Agency, where he was responsible for local and statewide health planning and development.
He joined the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1981, where he established the Office of Development and was its first Executive Director.
Mr. Lamirand attended the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University, graduating with a degree in Marketing.
He attended graduate school at Oklahoma City University.
