Mr. van der Waag joined Psilos in 1999.
His responsibilities include assisting with due diligence reviews of investment opportunities for Psilos as well as internal and external financial reporting.
Previously, Mr. van der Waag spent nearly three years in the Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Senior Associate in the Assurance & Business Advisory Services Group, specializing in entertainment and new media clients.
Mr. van der Waag earned his Masters of Business Administration from The Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society Certified Public Accountants.
