Wise Investment is an active, long-term, valuation-based manager which seeks to provide attractive returns without taking big risks. The firm aims to invest in high quality cash flow-producing assets such as shares, bonds and real estate, when they are undervalued by the market. They decide upon a risk profile most suitable to each investor. Wise Investment constructs portfolios primarily through funds and investment trusts, but also makes direct investments in shares, bonds and other securities where appropriate.

LIM applies robust, scalable and repeatable investment process. The firm ensures that appropriate and prudent levels of risk are taken to meet the investment objective and policy of their funds. They have seven fund teams: four that invest in UK, European, Asian and Global equities, a Global Fixed Income team, a Sustainable Investment team and one team that manages Multi-Asset portfolios. LIM evaluates equities by global industry sector, aiming to identify global sectors with attractive growth opportunities. They then follow a bottom-up process to select companies in those sectors, regardless of where they are based.
