Mr. Scully is a Principal of Hampshire Real Estate Companies and has been with Hampshire since 1973.
He currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President.
He is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as the management of the Generational Fund investment portfolio and development of the Self Storage Fund.
Mr. Scully has extensive experience in the acquisition, management, leasing, disposition, financing and capital structuring of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Hampshire, Mr. Scully was in the management group of the international accounting firm of KPMG serving many of its real estate clients.
Mr. Scully has a BBA degree from Manhattan College, and MBA from Pace University and is a CPA.
