Previously, he had served as Vice President of Operations for Cytogen since January 2003 and as Vice President of Research and Development since June 2001.
Dr. Goeckeler joined Cytogen in March 1994 as Assistant Director of Pharmaceutical Development and was promoted to Associate Director of Technical Support Operations in 1995.
In June 1997, he became Director of Pharmaceutical Development for Cytogen and served in that capacity until June 2001.
Prior to joining Cytogen, he spent 9 years as a Scientist in the Bioproducts Laboratory of Central Research and Development at The Dow Chemical Company.
Dr. Goeckeler completed his undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Missouri, where he received a PhD in Radiochemistry.
