Profil

Mr. Haan joined Republic in September of 2005.
He brings to Republic Financial private equity middle market buyout and corporate mergers and acquisitions experience investing in a broad range of industries, including aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, healthcare services, and medical and dental instrumentation.
Mr. Haan began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force as a pilot flying the F-111.
After completing his military service and graduate education, Mr. Haan worked at Cargill, Inc., the country's largest private corporation, and Northwest Airlines, Inc., the world's fourth largest commercial airline where he developed his vast experience in the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy.
Most recently Mr. Haan was a partner at Minneapolis-based Churchill Equity Partners, which he joined in 1998.
As a partner he was directly responsible for all investment activities of Churchill's two middle market buyout funds that had committed investment capital of approximately $430 million in aggregate.
Mr. Haan holds a B.S.
in Engineering from the U.S.
Air Force Academy and an M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School.
