Mr. Davison joined the firm in 1990 as a fixed income research analyst.
In 1992, he became portfolio manager of a number of money market funds and in 1995 began managing Enhanced Cash funds.
In 1998, he became manager for a portfolio of corporate floating rate securities with maturities as long as 30 years.
During his career with the firm, Mr. Davison was also involved in the oversight of alternative assets, including private equity and hedge funds, where he was responsible for manager selection and monitoring.
Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President of Corporate Finance with Shawmut National Corporation, and also was a loan officer with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
He has been a financial and/or investment professional since 1981.
Mr. Davison earned his BA in Economics from Middlebury College and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
