Prior to starting Sand Hill Capital in 1996, Mr. Del Biaggio founded Heritage Bank of Commerce, a public community bank, which today has in excess of $1 billion in assets.
Mr. Del Biaggio was also a co-founder of Pacific Business Funding, a factoring company, which was purchased by Greater Bay Bancorp in 1998.
