William Ong joined Tishman Speyer in 2006 and is responsible for Development and Asset Management across China.
He is currently overseeing the development of Shenzhen Houhai Harbour and Chang-ning projects, as well as the Asset Management of Crystal Plaza, Beijing EPIKA, and Chang-an Mills.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, William was the general manager for Shanghai and Chengdu at Keppel Land, overseeing the development and management of six residential projects.
Previously, William worked as a general director and senior property development manager at Frasers Centrepoint Properties in Vietnam and Singapore.
He has also held senior positions with Serrano Vietnam Ltd and CB Richard Ellis in Singapore.
He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
William graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a BBA in real estate and finance.
