Mr. William Schwab is Global Head of Real Estate at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
He is responsible for private equity / debt and public equity / debt real estate investments globally.
Investments include all part of the capital stack across all major real estate sectors and various ownership structures.
Prior to joining ADIA in 2009, Mr. Schwab was Managing Director at J.P.
Morgan where he focused on EMEA real estate debt, mezzanine financings, preferred equity, distressed debt and non-performing loans.
Before joining J.P.
Morgan, Mr. Schwab was Director at Deutsche Bank and Vice-President at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Schwab holds a Bachelors in Economics from MIT, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Certificate in Building Construction Technology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's degree in Tax Law from Temple University.
