Yunfan Zhou is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of KongZhong Corp.
He served as Vice President, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sohu.com, Inc. from October 2000 to March 2002.
In June 1999, Mr. Zhou co-founded ChinaRen Inc. and served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager until October 2000.
Mr. Zhou received a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
