Mr. Adrian K.
Hickey is Head of Japanese Equities at Pictet Asset Management Ltd. He joined in 2006.
From the start of his investment career in 1991, when he joined Scottish Equitable in Edinburgh, Mr. Hickey has concentrated on Japanese equity fund management.
He spent four years in Tokyo with Commerz International Capital Management before returning to the UK, where he subsequently worked for Edinburgh Fund Managers and Shell Pensions.
Mr. Hickey's most recent position before joining Pictet was Director, Japanese Equities, with Foreign & Colonial in London.
He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economics and Economic History from the University of Birmingham.
He also holds an Master's in Philosophy from Lancaster University.
