SunAmerica Asset Management LLC (SAAMCo) is a registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey. The firm was founded in 1982 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American General Life Insurance Co., ultimately owned by American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG).
