Ms. Goggin joined RS Funds in 2006.
Her career has focused on the financial services business, with a particular emphasis on the issues relating to investment companies, investment advisers, broker-dealers and other financial products and services.
She is currently an attorney at law in private practice.
During a period of over two decades, Ms. Goggin held a variety of positions at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company/New England Life Insurance Company.
As General Counsel (New England Life) and as Chief Counsel - Individual Business at MetLife, she was responsible for providing legal advice and representation on all matters pertaining to MetLife's Individual Business unit.
At MetLife, she also served as Chairman of the Board of the Metropolitan Series Fund, Inc., a $25+ billion investment company, and as Chairman, President and CEO of MetLife Advisers, the investment adviser and fund administrator for the Metropolitan Series Fund.
Ms. Goggin received a B.A. in English from Regis College, and earned a J.D.
from Boston College Law School.
