Prior to moving to Seattle and joining the firm, Ms. Barsness was the Banquets & Catering Manager and Finance Assistant for a restaurant in Red Lodge, Montana.
Before that, she was the Project Manager for an initial capital fundraising campaign for a community Bank in Dallas, TX.
She graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University in 2004 with a degree in Marketing.
