Prior to joining IFS in April 2007, Mr. Simpkins worked as a Senior Investment Performance Associate with Cambridge Associates LLC., where he interacted with clients, investment managers, consultants, and internal departments to assist institutional investors and private clients in realizing long-term investment goals.
He led a team of associates as they produced client-specific reports and worked with analytical models to evaluate asset allocation, manager structure, and performance.
Mr. Simpkins performed fixed income and equity portfolio analysis, risk/return analysis, and attribution analysis, for clients and consultants illustrating the impact of investment decisions.
Prior to working at Cambridge, Mr. Simpkins interned as an Investment Research Assistant with Edward Jones, where he completed Ad-Hoc research reports on funds, stocks, and fixed income securities for client presentations.
