Hagai Shalev brings a wealth of experience in international finance that spans 21years.
For the past 13 years Shalev has held various positions in both public and start-up hi-tech companies.
Before joining Exent in 2002, Shalev served two years as the CFO of Ayeca, Inc, and prior to that, three years as the CFO of Gizmoz, Ltd.
Shalev's career in the technology industry began at Lannet Data Communications, Ltd.
(NASDAQ:LANTF) where he initially served as Controller and Accounting Manager.
After Lannet merged with Madge Networks (NASDAQ:MADGF) in 1995, Shalev was promoted to serve as Finance Director in the Israel-based subsidiary, heading all its financial activities.
Shalev holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University, and is a licensed CPA in Israel.
