After Lannet merged with Madge Networks (NASDAQ:MADGF) in 1995, Shalev was promoted to serve as Finance Director in the Israel-based subsidiary, heading all its financial activities.
Shalev holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University, and is a licensed CPA in Israel.
