Mr. Joost van Leenders, CFA, is Chief Economist at BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Netherlands NV.
He is also jointly responsible for the calls on duration and inflation-linked bonds of the MAS team.

He covered the US economy, coordinated global cyclical analysis and lead several research projects.
From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a Senior Investment Strategist in the Investment Strategy team of ABN AMRO Asset Management.
Through the end of 2013 he worked as investment specialist for our investment strategy and asset allocation.
He studied at the University of Amsterdam and holds a masters degree in Economics.
He specialized in international economic relationships and monetary economics.
