Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Ms. Norman worked for Sibson & Company, New York, where she was responsible for research and project management.
Ms. Norman graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts with a bachelor of arts in economics and has obtained her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
