Mr. Kevin Chin is Senior Vice President at Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining PCCP in 2009, he was an Associate with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners, where he was responsible for financial modeling, asset management and transaction due diligence.
Mr. Chin joined Lehman Brothers in 2002 as a member of Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate Group, where he structured and underwrote conduit loans, and served as a deal manager on CMBS securitizations totaling over 17 billion dollars.
Mr. Chin holds a B.S.
in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
