Marco Gelmi - Principal
Marco joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investment Group and the Italy Team.
He has been involved in the Pasubio investment.
He joined from Triton Partners where he spent over two years as part of the Consumer Team and the Italy Team.
Previously, Marco spent three years at Charme Capital Partners.
He started his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, Nomura and Barclays in London and Milan.
He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a MSc in Finance and a degree in Business Administration.
Marco is fluent in English and Italian.
