Michael McCarthy has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Business Integration of Presstek Inc on July 28th 2004.
McCarthy has been working as an advisor to the company on the proposed A.B.Dick acquisition.

Prior to joining Presstek, McCarthy was employed at Corporate Software Inc. of Norwood, Massachusetts, a $1.2 billion software distribution and asset management company where he served as General Manager/Chief Operating Officer for the $850 million North America and Asia Pacific Region, and Senior Vice President, Operations and Information Technology.
