Mr. Calatozzo joined The Praedium Group in 2011 and is responsible for providing legal counsel to the firm in connection with fund level transactions and the acquisition, disposition, financing and management of assets.
Prior to joining Praedium, he was an associate in the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings LLP in New York, where he practiced in all areas of real estate law, with a focus on representing owners, operators and private equity firms in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of various types of single-use and mixed-use properties, including office, residential and hotel.
In connection with such representations, he counseled clients in the structuring and negotiation of various types of single asset and platform joint venture vehicles.
Mr. Calatozzo earned his J.D.
cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, an M.S.
cum laude in Engineering from Manhattan College and received his B.S.
cum laude in Biology from Manhattan College.
