Mr. Denz is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RockBridge.
He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Investment Management Committee.
He manages the firm’s Finance & Investor Reporting Group and has primary responsibility for the financial reporting and treasury management of RockBridge’s investment funds and corporate accounts.
He is also involved in the firm’s servicing activities.
Prior to RockBridge’s formation, Mr. Denz was an executive with the firm’s predecessor, the Real Estate Investment Group of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. He has also served in various management positions of both private and public hotel development and management companies.
Early in his career, he served as an audit manager with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, providing audit services to several Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Denz is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude from Wittenberg University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
