Tom was a founding member of Turning Basin Capital in 2013.
For 20 years prior to joining Turning Basin Capital, Tom provided investment banking services, including M&A advisory services and public and private capital formation with a focus on middle-market industrial and infrastructure service industries.
Tom was President and Senior Managing Director of Ewing Bemiss, where he led the practice focused on advising companies in the infrastructure and industrial services sector.
Prior to joining Ewing Bemiss 2002, Tom was a Director with First Union Securities’ Investment Banking Group (now Wells Fargo Advisors), and prior to that, was a Vice President with Dain Rauscher Securities, a leading regional investment bank in the Texas / Southwest region.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.S.
in Commerce) and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
