Hobbs is President-Power of The Williams Cos., Inc., which he joined in 1989.
He is Vice Chairman on the Electric Power Supply Association Executive Committee and is a Director of the Oklahoma State University Foundation Board and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Inc. Mr. Hobbs was Senior Vice President of Williams Energy Services and Senior Vice President of Williams Energy Marketing & Trading.
He was Vice President of Williams from 1997 to 1998 and a Director over several areas from 1993 to 1997 including, natural gas liquids and natural gas services, marketing, supply and transportation and Manager-Mid-Continent Region from 1992 to 1993.
Mr. Hobbs worked at Union Pacific Resources in financial analyst and marketing positions from 1985 to 1989.
He received a Bachelor's in Finance and Business from Oklahoma State University in 1985.
