William R.
Bronner has served as our Vice President, Legal Counsel and Compliance since July 2000 and as our Secretary since May 2002.
From 1986 to July 2000, Mr. Bronner served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kronos, Inc. His previous service also includes appointment as Law Clerk to a United States District Judge in the Southern District of New York ( Manhattan) and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Bronner received a B.A.
in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D.
from Columbia University Law School.
